What People Say What We Do Past Projects Who We Are

Recent Projects

We recently assisted the Port of Skagit County with a public outreach project involving stormwater.  We are also consulting for an international organic certification agency, and acting as Japan agent for an innovative Canadian publisher.

Our main thrust at this time is to develop sustainable energy demonstration projects in the Pacific Northwest.

We recently worked as Research Fellow within an Environmental Research/Education Institute, facilitating development of energy sustainability projects in Washington State, with plans to create a network reaching to Europe, Japan, and China.

We also recently assisted a sustainable business association in Washington State to conduct sustainability planning.

We have also played a key role in writing the Japan case study in a comparative volume on globalization-related change in environmental values and policymaking, in Japan, the U.S., China, and India.

We have worked with Amory Lovins of the Rocky Mountain Institute (http://www.rmi.org) in developing Global Sustainable Energy projects.

Dr. Hoffman also accepted a Visiting Faculty position in Environmental Studies at an innovative university in Ohio, USA.  This led to development of new projects in Energy Sustainability;  Sustainable Agriculture;  Mass Media Reform;  and Sustainable Communities.
